I'm experienced in helping adult children with narcissistic parents, and those recovering from abusive romantic relationships. I specialize in treating Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), using psychodynamic therapy, IFS and TIST. My overarching area of expertise is trauma, complex trauma and PTSD. I hold a certificate in Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy.
