I'm a licensed psychotherapist (LCSW) in PA and NJ, and the founder of Be Here Now Psychotherapy. I’m trained in IFS, Somatic Psychotherapy, and Psychoanalytical Modalities. Together, we can help get your mind and body on the same page, and enhance your relationship to the parts of yourself that most need love and connection. I’m specialized in treating adults with narcissistic parents, people with Borderline Personality Disorder and Trauma (C-PTSD, Complex Trauma, Codependency). Maybe you've learned to fawn over others (people-please) to keep yourself safe, or you remain vigilant, in constant preparation for the next threat.

A mentor of mine once said: "healing is about being able to take our protective armor off, and place it back on when we NEED to." How can we get you to trust yourself? To trust your nervous system? How can the body and mind be your greatest asset? I will help you cultivate an honest relationship with your inner world, so that you don't fear what's inside.
