I'm a licensed psychotherapist (LCSW) in PA and NJ, and the founder of Be Here Now Psychotherapy. I’m trained in IFS, Somatic Psychotherapy, and Psychoanalytical Modalities. I’m specialized in treating Adults Children of Narcissistic Parents people with Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), Complex Trauma (C-PTSD) and Codependency. I'm offering individual clinical supervision for LSWs seeking Pennsylvania licensure, with plans to form a cohort-based program as interest grows. Individual sessions provide personalized guidance on cases, workplace dynamics, and professional development, while the eventual cohort will offer peer support, diverse perspectives, and community building. Start immediately with weekly one-on-one supervision, then benefit from group learning when we have enough supervisees. My approach integrates somatic psychotherapy, parts work (IFS), and psychodynamic psychology, emphasizing both clinical skills and sustainable, authentic practice. Virtual sessions available. $400/month for weekly supervision.
