You have stopped on the right profile. I have 13+ years of experience working with a multitude of issues/needs. My main focus is with Grief, Loss and Recovery, which encompasses a wide variety of experiences. My philosophy is that your brain is going to go where it needs to go for the healing process, and I work within this process for the therapeutic experience.
I utilize a variety of methods and work towards tailoring sessions to each person's specific needs. I mainly utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Grief, Loss and Recovery as well as EMDR for further exploration and working towards healing.
If you are looking for a strait-laced professional, I will probably not be a good fit for you. I do maintain professionalism, boundaries and ethics in my approach, but my hope is for each person to feel comfortable enough to be open and honest with themselves so that they are able to face their fears and address issues to work towards desired goals.
