Whether you're feeling imbalanced by trauma, life transitions, grief, or seeking greater self-understanding, I'd love to support you. At the core of my practice is the belief that being grounded means being rooted in the present to embrace the safety to live authentically. My heart lies in supporting adults in the LGBTQIA+ community, and my own lived experiences inform my compassionate approach. I deeply enjoy supporting others through identity exploration, navigating neurodiversity, and overcoming trauma.
I take a relational approach that is affirming, trauma-informed and culturally sensitive. I'm deep-rooted in person-centered therapy and I particularly love using my training in EMDR to help you heal and break down old messages that have kept you feeling stuck. You can expect me to bring my own authenticity to the room while playing an engaging role.
