My therapy style is solution-focused and begins with meeting you where you are. After all, you’re the expert in your journey. No one will ever know your life as you do. My goal is to honor that in working with you to create a new narrative that is full of joy, hope, and possibilities.
I bring humor, authenticity, empathy, and warmth to each session. We'll work collaboratively, mixing in homework activities, humor, and dialogue to harness your expertise and empower you to find a healthier path toward your goals. Ultimately, my goal is to work myself out of a job as you gain the confidence and insight to make the positive change you seek.
With an undergraduate degree in recreation and park administration (former Park Ranger here), a wealth of experience in the health benefits of nature, and a passion for complementary tools (such as mindfulness and the Enneagram), I enjoy weaving in engaging, hands on activities that give you space to test out resources in your daily life.
