I teach inner-work techniques that you can use lifelong! These include visualization, somatic practices, meditation and much more. I am an EMDR practitioner and utilize the protocol for PTSD and other issues past, present and future! My therapeutic approach is results-oriented while maintaining consistency with each client's core values.
