My experience also includes individual and group therapy with adults, ages 18+. However, my overall professional experiences include working with children and adolescents as well, including those with special needs.
Using a person-centered, eclectic approach, mixing in some Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), I strive to create a warm, welcoming, inclusive, and safe environment to support clients in achieving their goals, from developing coping skills to building self-esteem, healing, and beyond.
