As a licensed clinical therapist with experience working with individuals, families and children, I am very aware of the many challenges we face at different stages throughout our lives. These include psychodynamic and cognitive behavioral therapy along with mindfulness techniques. My specialities include life transitions, depression, anxiety, trauma and relationship issues.
My therapeutic approach is non-judgmental, client-centered and strength-based.
