I am a licensed psychologist and certified school psychologist. I have additional training in yoga, integrative medicine, and fitness which provide me with specialized knowledge regarding the intersection of mental health and diet, exercise, and lifestyle choices. Together, we identify strategies and develop a plan to support your overall well-being.
