Life can feel overwhelming when anxiety, depression, or past trauma take hold. You might find yourself trapped in cycles of worry, self-doubt, or emotional exhaustion—struggling to keep up with daily demands while feeling disconnected from yourself and others. Maybe past experiences continue to surface in ways you can’t quite explain, making it hard to move forward. The weight of these emotions can be isolating, leaving you feeling stuck or uncertain about how to find relief. No matter where you are in your journey, you don’t have to face it alone—there is hope, and healing is possible.
I provide a warm, supportive space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions without judgment. Using effective approaches, including EMDR, I help clients process difficult experiences, break free from unhelpful patterns, and develop coping strategies that foster resilience. Together, we’ll work toward healing, helping you feel balanced and confident.
You deserve to feel more at ease in your own life. Whether you’re struggling with anxious thoughts, low mood, or the lingering effects of trauma, healing is possible. I offer in-person sessions in a cozy, calming space or online for your convenience. I’m available most weekday mornings—reach out today to take the first step.
