We all experience grief, trauma, stress, and other hardships. My goal is to provide a supportive, compassionate space where you can explore your concerns, build on your strengths, and work toward the life you want to create. I would be honored to walk alongside you on your journey toward healing and growth. I am currently seeing preteens, teens, young adults, and adults.
I will help you develop a greater awareness about yourself, others, and the world. I will also help you develop and implement tools and strategies so that you are better equipped to navigate future hurts and hardships.
