About
Hi, let me just acknowledge that this is a great step towards bettering yourself! I am glad you are here. As a clinician, I like to meet my clients where they are at. Therapy can be feel weird or nerve racking at first but that’s okay! It’s okay to not know what you want out of therapy but I am happy to figure that out with you. My intention is never to tell you what to do or how to feel. My goal as a therapist is to help people understand themselves in a deeper way and try to help them see the good qualities that they have inside of themselves.
Originally coming from a education background, I love working with youth at all ages! I specialize working with BIPOC adolescents experiencing anxiety. I provide a safe and non judgmental space for all my clients to feel comfortable. I like to use the therapist-client relationship to model what a healthy relationship and open communication can feel like.
I am available for Online sessions only at the moment. Reach out for a 15-minute consultation call so we can get to know eachother and see if we’d be a good fit. I’m looking forward to hearing from you!
