The current times are hard. Trying to feel like life is normal when everything around you is not normal can be its own stressor. When you were already depressed or worrying about your weight and body - but now you are not moving around as much can start to feel scary. Is everyone gaining weight? What will people think when they see me again after all this time? If you think about your body and your weight and your food all the time, it starts to get really anxiety provoking and depressing. I know this because I've lived it. I'd like to help.
Over the years I've assisted many clients in changing the focus and direction of their lives. Even when it feels like your goals are out of reach, you can get there. You can go from body hatred to self love. We just can't "hate" ourselves into a smaller body. I can help you change the way you see your life, see yourself, and calm the constant chatter.
