I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 20 years of experience in the field of mental healthcare. Before opening my private practice, I worked as a therapist, family counselor, clinical supervisor, and clinical manager. I have extensive experience treating adolescents and adults for a variety of mental health conditions. I specialize in treating trauma, anxiety, depression, and mood disorders. My desire is to partner with my clients and help them through challenges to find purpose, hope, and balance in life.

I often use a combination of IFS, EMDR, and CBT and EFT in my practice. During your first session, we will discuss what brought you to therapy as well as your goals. The next few sessions will be dedicated to helping you develop tools and skills for emotional regulation and distress tolerance. These skills will allow you to safely reprocess trauma and move through exposure work.
