I’m a mental health therapist in the states of Missouri and Kansas with 15+ years of experience providing support to individuals and their families in addressing their mental health and wellness. I seek to provide an empathetic, affirming and inclusive space for all that need help to work through the barriers in pursuing a life worth living. Often this can look like identifying and addressing “stuck points” that can impact our perception of self, others and the world and contribute to anxiety, feelings of sadness and struggles with self-worth as well as concerns with a sense of safety and security in uncertain times.

I work with adolescents and adults presenting with various issues, particularly ADHD, related mood and anxiety disorders, substance use disorders, and trauma and life stressors, especially in emerging adulthood. I use a strengths-based, trauma-informed approach and utilize evidence-based practices to support you in meeting your goals.

I strive to create a warm, non-judgmental and radically genuine space to support those seeking help in being able to take steps toward being their authentic selves and building a life they want to live. My aim is to provide a safe environment to define what that looks like and how to achieve goals in remaining true to this moving forward.
