Ready to quiet those racing thoughts, find purpose and understanding in life? Hi! I'm Amanda. I help children, teens and adults learn skills to improve their life. It's important to have a place to grow personally, learn how to regain control of your thoughts and live your best life. I am passionate about helping others through difficult times and feel a sense of peace in their lives.

My foundation is in cognitive behavioral therapy (connecting thoughts and feelings), Trauma focused CBT. I have extensive training in EMDR (intense emotions), dialectical behavioral therapy(using skills to manage emotions, mindfulness and distress tolerance), acceptance and commitment therapy (value & purpose), communication skills, and parenting skills.

I have a warm, caring, direct approach. When I am not seeing clients I am playing with my dog "Mercy" and visiting the horses on my family ranch. I love exploring new places and enjoying the simplicity of nature with my children, family and friends.
