This work has truly changed the way I think and feel about myself! It has improved the way I communicate with people in my life; in intimate relationships, as well as everyone from my family to my co-workers. Actively participating in this work has changed the way I show up for myself, for those around me, and how I carry myself through the world.
My training includes the Somatica Institute Core Training program on Sex, Intimacy, and Relationship Coaching, the Couples Training and the Advanced Training. I have also trained with the Psychedelic Research and Training Institute (PRATI) in Colorado.
