My clinical focus is on working with clients who are late-diagnosed ADHD and/or Autism and those who suspect neurodivergent symptoms. I also have experience working with individuals impacted by depression, anxiety-related disorders, and trauma. Treatment focuses on supporting the client to better understand themselves, developing skills and tools to cope with their day to day living, and live according to their needs rather than to fit in.
Being neurodivergent myself, I am passionate about supporting those with ADHD and Autism. I enjoy helping clients better understand the unique ways their brains work — not as better or worse, but simply different — and helping them find tools that fit their needs and daily lives.
When I was a teenager, I really struggled with executive functioning; symptoms of depression and anxiety followed, but ADHD was overlooked and untreated. I experienced firsthand the value of therapy — it was an experience that not only shaped my personal growth, but also inspired my path into the mental health field.
