What if I can't handle Polyamory or Non-Monogamy? Am I Queer enough? Where do I even begin to explore my Kinks or Power-exchange dynamics? Am I really Addicted?... I offer a safe and supportive space for my clients to address these questions, as well as explore other concerns regarding their identity, relationships, needs, and behaviors. As a Narrative therapist, I consider myself an active and collaborative clinician. My approach is creative and engaging, and will often incorporate metaphor, storytelling, experiential exercises, skill-building, and an emphasis on Harm Reduction. I also offer EMDR for healing trauma.
My pronouns are She/ Her/ Hers. I routinely seek out consultation and training to improve the awareness, knowledge, and skills needed to effectively serve the communities I am passionate about: the LGBTQ+ community; individuals who are Polyamorous or practice non-monogamy; members of the Kink and BDSM communities; and people who use substances.
As my client, you can expect our initial sessions to focus on building trust and safety. I will ask intentional questions to learn about your past, as well as the hopes and expectations you have for our work. Please review my website for more information about me and my services. I am only seeing clients individually at this time.
