My practice serves youth, families, and adults navigating stress, anxiety, trauma, family conflict, life transitions, behavioral concerns, and relationship challenges. Many clients come in feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or unsure where to start. I provide a supportive, non-judgmental space where clients can feel heard, build on their strengths, and develop practical tools to create meaningful and lasting change.
I specialize in youth and family therapy while also working with adults across the lifespan. My approach is trauma-informed, strengths-based, and collaborative, utilizing CBT, motivational interviewing, solution-focused therapy, and person-centered care to support healing, growth, and improved relationships.
