I help people take charge of their life again. When managing chronic overwhelm, chronic illness, or going through bariatric surgery, a ton of issues and questions can come up! Surprised to hear that? Don't be! I understand the emotional and physical rollercoaster!

I’m a bariatric and chronic illness patient. I am a proud mom to adult non-binary and neurodivergent kiddos. I am also not attached to any religious beliefs. I have additional experience (and enjoy) working with individuals involved in the kink and poly communities as well.
