In my work with couples and families I aim to provide a nonjudgmental and compassionate space for you to explore feelings, relational patterns, goals and hopes for the future, and anything else that is affecting your relationship functioning. Getting started with therapy can feel daunting, and I hope to walk alongside you as you start the journey to a deeper understanding of yourself and each other, and more satisfying relationships with those you love.
My approach to therapy is systemic, relational, and holistic. Manifestations of relational issues are often a product of individual families, culture, religion and/or spirituality, and much more. I pull from Bowenian therapy, narrative therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy, all infused with a feminist lens.
I take a collaborative approach, prioritizing the goals that bring you to therapy. We will work together to uncover your values and find ways to help you live in alignment with those values. I invite you to email me if my background and specialties speak to you and what you are looking for in a therapist. I look forward to hearing from you.
