I became a therapist because I am genuinely curious and interested in people, getting to know each person's unique experiences, and supporting them to heal and thrive. I strive to create a safe and welcoming space where you can feel comfortable to be yourself; allowing you to explore, grow and heal.
My approach is tailored to you and draws from various approaches, including EMDR, narrative therapy, IFS, & attachment focused. I have a particular interest in working expats, immigrants, 3rd culture "kids", wanderers and those who feel like a "regular" life may not be for them. This & supporting recovery from trauma are my biggest passions and area of focus
