Group for young adults (18-25) navigating this phase of life. Group topics may include: the pandemic, independence, purpose, school, work, gender and sexuality, relationships, body image and food. You can expect an open, non-judgmental, and supportive environment that encourages self-discovery.
Surviving Teenhood
A group for parents of teenagers. Focused on communication, teen development, emotional processing, motivation, fair fighting, all things living with & supporting teens! From the comfort of your own home, in an online virtual platform. A six week program from August to September. $40/session, $240/ for all 6 sessions (both parents welcome).
