If you're reading this, chances are you're having some difficultly in your life and are ready for change. Therapy should be geared towards growth, empowerment and maximization of a person's innate strengths. My goal is to help with your journey in life. If you are looking for help in healing emotional wounds, finding better ways to cope with stress, and improving your relationships I might be able to help.
I work with individuals who are experiencing anxiety, challenges with emotional regulation, difficulty with relationships, stress and/or trauma. I utilize a person centered approach and EMDR but also incorporate different therapeutic techniques depending on the client's interests and what feels clinically appropriate given the person sitting with me.
