Group therapy for teens ages 13-16. This group is a co-ed teen group designed to provide a safe place to discuss a variety of topics with peers going through similar struggles. Some topics of discussion include: bullying, friendships, relationships, peer pressure, mental health concerns, school anxiety, self esteem and more.
