I understand how difficult it can be to be a human sometimes, often carrying the weight of the world on your shoulders, I am here to help so you don’t have to carry that weight alone. With five years of experience working in inpatient behavioral health and over three years working in private practice, I have seen the full spectrum of mental health issues. I utilize this experience to help adults in a variety of areas including depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, life transitions and healing from abuse. I utilize a direct, empathetic, and individualized approach to ultimately help you in a way that works for you.
I utilize an eclectic approach, tailoring techniques to each person’s individual needs and emphasize a collaborative approach using evidence-based techniques focused on somatic, trauma-informed, and holistic care. My foundations are in person-centered therapy and CBT. I am also trained in EMDR.
