I understand how difficult it is to be a human sometimes, often carrying the weight of the world on your shoulders, but you do not have to carry this weight alone. I hope to provide a safe, secure, and nonjudgmental space to provide you the opportunity to explore and develop as a human being in a way that feels authentic and true to you. I strive to implement holistic, multicultural, and client-centered techniques, to ensure that you feel heard, validated, and seen for the person you are, and the person you want to be. I utilize an eclectic style of therapy, but at the core of it, my goal is to help you in a way that works for you.
I utilize an integrative/eclectic approach, tailoring techniques to client's needs and emphasize a collaborative approach for treatment planning. The techniques I utilized are evidence-based and are focused on somatic, trauma-informed, and holistic care. I am also EMDR- trained.
