I would love to share with you a little about my passion for empowering others. One of the most important things I do when I meet people is listen. I listen to the needs and concerns of others. I encourage, motivate, and equip individuals, couples, and families to effectively deal with and overcome personal and familial obstacles. My goal is to share evidenced-based interventions tools, techniques, and interventions that can be used effectively and independently. I have worked as a therapist and a behavioral specialist consultant for many years, and I work with individuals with various diagnoses. My modalities vary pending the needs of the individual I am serving. I practice various specialty areas including social cognitive theory, person-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and logotherapy.

Sunday Brunch with Friends
Sunday Brunch with Friends is a group that provides a safe space for women of color to cultivate abundance and friendship. Through a focus of building friendships, we seek to provide a comfortable place for ladies to come together virtually, breathe, and connect! The group meets monthly and there is a different theme addressed at each session such as resilience, self-worth, courage, and strength. This group is for women ages 18 and up. At Strength, Love, and Motivation, we do offer a group for our young women as well – Yass Its Girl Talk! Please contact us for more information.
