About
xx Accepting NEW clients ONLY virtual sessions xx Do you find yourself struggling to regulate your emotions, communicate effectively, and express yourself assertively? Have you experienced a traumatic event that left you feeling hopeless, angry, disconnected, and isolated? Do you worry or ruminate to the point where you find it difficult to be present in your life?
I'm a trained trauma therapist who works with people who struggle with emotional dysregulation, self-destructive behaviors, and interpersonal difficulties. I'm certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy and spend much of my time teaching Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills and running skills groups.
I consider myself to be relatable and down to earth. Whether you are looking for trauma treatment or just someone to talk to, I'm here to help. I find that my relationships with my clients are my biggest strength, and believe that trust and open communication are what make us heal and grow. Please send me an email if you'd like to set up a time to chat!
