With almost 20 years of experience working in the field of mental health counseling I am confident in my ability to help you reach your full potential. I am a solution focused therapist who utilizes both behavioral and cognitive behavioral techniques to facilitate change and growth in my clients.
Throughout my career I have worked with some of the most challenging populations; in-patient substance abuse, mandated DV offenders and in-home therapy for at-risk youth; these experiences have served to enhance my clinical skills and have made me acutely aware of the daily struggles affecting us all.
