As your therapist, I won't profess to be an expert in your life, nor will I sit quietly nodding my head in complete silence. Instead, we'll work together, side by side, as we tackle life's challenges. I'll draw on your insights & provide guidance to help create positive, meaningful changes in your life. My commitment to transparency serves as the cornerstone of my work & is the foundation from which we will use to build a solid therapeutic relationship based on authenticity, trust, honesty, & compassion.
