I work with individuals, couples, friendships, and families. I work collaboratively with my clients to create achievable, realistic goals and hold my clients accountable. I will not sugarcoat, I am a direct person. I will hold you accountable, I will help drown out the noise.
Therapy is not meant to be fun or easy, but to promote change, and help you thrive in the areas you want guidance in. I will not tell you what to do but offer an outside perspective and suggestions to try. Change is achieved through experimentation!
