Welcome! I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist. I have extensive, specialized experience and training in treating co-occurring conditions, such as Posttraumatic Stress Disorder, Complex PTSD from chronic trauma, abuse, and neglect, Mood and Major Depressive Disorder, and Anxiety Disorders. Additionally, I most commonly work with young adults who are in transitional periods of their lives. I utilize a combination of evidence-based methodologies to help my to clients to process, cope, and improve their lives. We work as a team to develop a greater sense of well-being, joy, peace, and harmony in their lives, careers, &relationships.
I provide my clients with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, Internal Family Systems Therapy, and Schema Therapy to help my clients to heal from their personal live experiences. I also provide Dialectical Behavioral Therapy for mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and relationship communication skills.
