I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker who was born and raised in the Midwest. I have over 10 years of clinical experience working with at-risk youth in PMIC and residential settings, various family and youth services, hospital social work, school based therapy, and community mental health. I enjoy working with children 7 and older, teenagers, and adults.
I specialize in using eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Informed Care, Expressive Arts, Mindfulness, and strengths based approaches to help my clients address a range of needs, including depression, anxiety, ADHD, self-esteem, mood disorders, and various life transitions.
