I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Trauma-Focused care—but more than anything, I believe that healing happens in relationships.
It’s my job to create a space where you feel seen, safe, and respected as we work together. I’m especially passionate about supporting folks impacted by incarceration or systemic barriers. Everyone deserves a chance to heal, grow, and reclaim their story.
