I strive to create a compassionate and safe space where individuals feel seen, heard, and supported. I believe that the therapeutic relationship we build together is the foundation for meaningful growth and change. I consider it a privilege to work with pre-teens (age 10+), adolescents, and adults as they navigate life’s many challenges.

I am passionate about working with individuals impacted by trauma, going through life transitions, or struggling with anxiety, depression, or stress. I use a collaborative, compassionate approach with evidence-based care tailored to help each person reach their needs and goals.

With over 20 years of experience working with children and families, my background includes providing in-home interventions for children facing emotional and behavioral challenges.
