Many of my clients are exhausted from being the "strong one," constantly people-pleasing, overthinking, or carrying responsibilities that were never theirs to hold. Eldest daughters, first-gen adults, and couples come to me feeling overwhelmed, stuck in people-pleasing, anxiety, or relationship conflict. I help clients break old patterns and improve communication, boundaries, and connection using CBT, psychodynamic, trauma-informed care, and the Gottman Method for couples.
My style is a mix of big sister and cheerleader. I’ll gently challenge you, celebrate your wins, and make sure you feel safe and supported.
