I am a licensed professional counselor and art therapist who specializes in trauma-informed art therapy with children, teens, and adults. I have experience supporting children and their loved ones with anxiety, PTSD, depression, grief and bereavement, relationship issues, adoption, and trauma or other significant life stressors. The foundation of my practice is rooted in developmental, client-centered, and strength-based modalities to support my client's individualized well-being and journey.

Not only does creativity evoke joy and self-expression, it provides a vehicle to communicate, regulate, and play. I believe in the power of artistic expression and how marks on a page can help tell a story when words fall short.
