I am currently working towards licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with over 2 years of experience in the mental health field. I am passionate about helping young adults, adults, and couples face the challenges they may be experiencing. I specialize in depression, anxiety, grief, and life transitions. I completed my Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling at Eastern Illinois University, and I have experience navigating the stressors of student life and major life changes.

I use a variety of treatment approaches, including mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy (PCT), and humanistic therapy.
