Hello! I am Amanda Casius and I am looking forwarding to meeting and working with you! My job as a counselor is to assist my clients in reaching their goals. I want my clients to be in control of their life versus their symptoms and struggles being in control of them. I believe we can all reach our goals and live a fulfilled life, we just need a helping hand to clear the path and see our way a bit better.
I work with adolescents and adults who are dealing with symptoms of anxiety, depression, trauma, mood disorders, stress and life transitions. I am eager to hear from you to see how I may help.
I offer a highly personalized approach that is tailored to each of my clients' individual needs. My goal is to help my clients attain personal growth in a comfortable and supportive atmosphere. The therapeutic modalities I gravitate towards are CBT, DBT, IFS, and Person Centered.
