My goal is to help you heal from trauma, anxiety, and burnout using CBT, somatic work, and other additional therapy modalities. My approach is trauma informed, client centered and tailored to your needs. Together, we'll process past pain, regulate your nervous system, and create meaningful change at a pace that feels safe and supportive for you.
Starting therapy sessions can feel like a big step, and it's completely normal to feel a mix of emotions: nervous, curious, even a little unsure. My goal is to create a space that feels safe, welcoming, and fully yours! You don't need to have the "right words" or a clear plan. Just come as you are! We'll take it one step at a time, together.
