Sometimes life gets heavy in ways that are hard to explain to the people around you — anxiety that won't quit, grief that doesn't follow a timeline, or a persistent feeling that something needs to change. I work with teens, adults, and older adults navigating stress, anxiety, grief, low motivation, self-esteem, bipolar disorder, chronic pain, and disabilities.
My style is collaborative and down-to-earth. I draw from CBT, DBT, and Person-Centered Therapy. As a Registered Play Therapist (RPT), I bring specialized training to work with younger clients and families. I'm here to understand what's actually going on with you — not just hand you coping skills and call it progress.
I have a particular passion for working with individuals with disabilities and clients who are too often underserved. All sessions are via telehealth throughout Oklahoma. Currently accepting new clients. In-network with BCBS, Aetna, HealthChoice, Optum, and United Healthcare.
