Children, teens and young adults that have experienced trauma, anxiety and depression often have difficulty coping with everyday stressors. By developing healthy interpersonal boundaries, self-esteem and appropriate coping skills they can experience the world around them with confidence and resilience. I will create a genuine therapeutic relationship that will allow me to meet them where they are and provide the additional support, they need to lead successful lives.
I am a Registered Play Therapist and utilize this modality to enhance the therapy experience for children and teens. I have received advanced training in Psychoanalytic psychoanalysis, am EMDR trained and focus on the neuroscience of attachment and play. I have experience working with high conflict divorce cases, foster care and the family court system.
