My name is Amanda, and I’m a licensed therapist who is passionate about supporting individuals through life’s challenges. I may ask questions about your background, experiences, and goals so I can better understand how to support you.
One of my greatest strengths is creating a warm, non-judgmental environment where clients feel safe to explore difficult thoughts, emotions, and life experiences. My goal is to truly understand each client’s unique story, helping them feel seen, heard, and supported as we work together toward meaningful change.
