I primarily work one-on-one with adults facing challenges related to self-worth, substance use, life transitions, depression, anxiety, and trauma. Many of my clients are either new to therapy or have previously engaged in traditional "talk therapy" and are now seeking a deeper, more transformative experience. They come ready to be challenged, to create meaningful change, and to address the root causes of their struggles—not just the surface symptoms. I’m passionate about normalizing mental health care and encouraging people to view therapy as a regular part of overall well-being—a “check-up from the neck up".
I aim to equip you with practical skills to help navigate life’s inevitable ups and downs with greater balance and resilience. Clinically, I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectal Behavior Therapy (DBT), EMDR, and strengths-based approaches. I also incorporate holistic, mind-body practices to support healing on a deeper level.
I strongly believe in the power of taking charge of your own life. If we’re not satisfied with where we are, it’s up to us to make changes. I offer sessions on Monday-Friday. If you would like to know more about my practice and explore the possibility of working together, please contact me via phone or email. I look forward to hearing from you!

I often work with clients who have tried therapy in the past and are hoping to get to the root of their presenting symptoms (anxiety, depression, substance abuse). I use EMDR to explore and identify negative core beliefs and use tools to challenge this negative and hurtful dialogue. Most of my clients see real change and meet their identified goals.
