Therapy can be scary and I understand how overwhelming it may feel to begin the treatment process. Therefore, it is my goal to create a safe, comfortable and judgement free environment for each of my clients. Together, it is my hope to build a trusting, therapeutic relationship to support each client's healing and growth. I believe that it is my role as a therapist to allow each client to be heard and to guide them through the change process in a way that makes sense for them. I use a person-centered approach to therapy and a combination of mindfulness, cognitive behaviorial therapy (CBT), and problem solving treatment.
I have clinical experience working with indiviudals, couples, and families treating a wide variety of issues such as Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, PTSD, Emotional Regulation and Grief. I treat children and adults, but my speciality has always been working with adolescents experiencing difficulties.
