About
I have a private counseling practice in western rural North Carolina. Life can be so difficult sometimes, and often it helps to talk to someone other than a friend or family member to sort through problems. starting with right where you are and/or explore issues from the past that continue to bother you.
I believe that I can assist you in your journey in coping with serious emotional issues, a hard time in your life, or previous abuse and other issues. With over 30 years of experience, I specialize in working with abuse issues, grief and depression, anxiety, and relationship struggles.
I believe that I offer warmth, empathy, and a non-judgment outlook for anyone that comes to see me.
