Hello, I am a licensed psychologist who has been practicing for 15 years. I received my doctoral degree from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan ,and have worked in a variety of health care settings before deciding to build a virtual practice. I am passionate about helping people improve their health and well-being through changing behavior and better regulating emotions. I use an active approach designed to help increase motivation and utilize strengths and resources already available.
My career has been devoted to helping people manage chronic health conditions, improve sleep, and cope with chronic pain. Often, part of this journey involves processing unresolved trauma and difficult emotions. It is my goal to form an individualized plan to help meet your needs and focus on your whole health!
