LIMITED availability! Therapy can be scary. Being vulnerable, sharing trauma, facing fears, and experiencing change can feel intimidating and isolating. I offer warmth, empathy, compassion, empowerment and a safe place to share your unique story without judgement, bias, or pressure. I enjoy helping individuals navigate Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, body image issues, and challenging life transitions.
I am certified in EMDR and have received training in Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), Inference-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT), Sand Tray Therapy, and Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP). I also utilize techniques from Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
