I've been working in the mental health world for over 12 years now. I have advanced training in Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). I enjoy using these modalities as they offer skills/tools that allow individuals to feel independent during their mental health journeys.
